MARKeting: Website Renewal Notices: Beware of SCAM
Friday, August 01, 2008 Posted by MarkCermak
On the InternetPlease be careful when receiving "renewal" notices that come in the form of a letter sent through regular mail, an email and/or a telephone call requesting you to renew your domain name and/or website hosting. Some of our customers that have acted on these "renewal" notices have found that they have ended up paying for a service they did not want, from a company they did not choose to deal with, and have lost essential services from their chosen website host.

MARKeting: The Link to Your Success
Sunday, June 01, 2008 Posted by MarkCermak
On the InternetYou can improve your link popularity score (in search engines) by cultivating link trades with related businesses. This also helps bring targeted traffic to the linked websites.

Perhaps you already have working relationships with other local businesses. For instance, a building service contractor might provide links to local cleaning-related resources such as suppliers, distributors, or even specialized services, e.g., stone restorers or hardwood refinishers.

Work link trades with other services or businesses you personally use, such as your auto mechanic, florist, dentist, exercise club, etc. Ideally, these businesses would return the favor and everyone would benefit.
